Samuel has been soooo good lately at playing with Aliyah and teaching her or showing her how to do things. He is so good to her. Sometimes he gets excited and tries to do it for her, but overall, he is pretty patient with her. In these pictures he was showing her how to put the coins in the pig. He and Hope are also just now starting to have conversations with just each other, and not me mediating between the two of them. They are so funny to listen to! The other day they were playing with Samuel's "workin' machines" and Hope kept calling one of the diggers, a loader. Samuel patiently and calmly explained to her, complete with visuals (holding up diggers and loaders), about why it was not a loader and why it was a digger. It was so precious! If only I could have grabbed my camera fast enough to get a video of it!
